Kayaks / Canoes in the Park

One of our residents noticed a vehicle in the park a few nights ago parked by the canoe rack around 10pm. It was obvious they were there to try and steal one or more of the canoes in the rack. The resident yelled at them and they quickly scurried off in their vehicle. We want to remind community members that if you leave your canoe/kayak in the park overnight, to secure it as best you can and that you are leaving it there at your own risk as the Gardiner Shore Association is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left in the park.
